Let me kill this myth. If I could come up with a proposal of our own that
could be sent to ISO I would be happy, provided it met all our needs. The
problem I have is that unless I come up with a document at our next meeting
in April, ISO will pull the plug on Part 10. I have proposed that we explore
the option of using existing pipelining solutions as an alternative
approach, and am looking for you guys to provide enough information for me
to put together a discussion document for the April meeting that ISO will
accept as proof that we are still actively working on Part 10. Any
alternative solutions would be greatly welcomed, providing they can meet the
use case put forward in the test scenario.
