Ken Holman has written in this week's report:
>Action: I still haven't heard from all working groups ... would working
group convenors please let me know if they need a room for the Monday? I'm
assuming two rooms will suit our needs for the three working groups, but if
we have to go off-site from the conference location for meeting space then I
do not want to commit to Monday if we do not have groups that need the space
for Monday. It would be a shame for any such expense to be wasted.
Does WG1 need a room for Monday, or can we get what little needs to be done
finished on Sunday morning and after the plenary on Sunday
afternoon/evening? Thoughts?
