[dsdl-discuss] PDTR for Part 10

The attached documents combines the three submissions that I have received
on the subject of using pipelining techniques to tackle Validation
Management into a Preliminary Draft Technical Report that we can a) submit
to ISO to prove we are still working on Part 10 and b) use as the basis for
a discussion on the potential role of pipelining techniques for validation
manangement at our meeting next month in Amsterdam.

CSW have agreed to provide a meeting room for the Monday session at which
this paper will be discussed. Hopefully this will be at a room in the
Novotel hotel, which is just the otherside of the motorway from RAI. For the
more formal approval of the current documents on Sunday morning I am hoping
we can find some space within RAI to discuss issues.

Could authors of the submissions please let me know of any changes that
should be made before the document is submitted to ISO by next Thursday. If
I have inadvertently failed to include a submission you have made please
send it to me again with a stern warning about my misconduct :-)

If you want your contribution added to this document you have until Tuesday
to submit it!
