[dsdl-discuss] Proposal to introduce another part to ISO/IEC TR 9573-11:2004

Attached please find a proposal to publish a schema and stylesheet for
preparing ISO/IEC standards as part of ISO/IEC TR 9573-11:2004. The idea
is to improve James' schema (is.rnc) and stylesheets for DSDL standards
and bless them officially.

Martin, is this good enough to put this issue on the agneda?
