[dsdl-discuss] DSDL 8 Update

While trying to put together some demos of how DSRL maps might work I
discovered a need for a function that we do not currently have: the ability
to redefine name tokens used as permitted values for attributes. I've added
this function to the attached draft in anticipation of being able to discuss
the need for this functionality in Atlanta.
