OK Ken, in the light of the fact that editors are reticent to commit to next
stage/final delivery dates, let me suggest the following for the next
updates:

Part 5: CD 3/06
Part 6: Still awaiting editor!
Part 7: CD 6/06
Part 8: CD 3/06
Part 9: WD 9/06
Part 10: WD 12/06 (dependent of progress of W3C PL group)

Part 11: Revised CD 6/06
Part 13: FDIS 9/06 (awaiting harmonisation with SC2!)

For finalization dates I would suggest we put in:

Best guesses I can manage without input from editors. I suspect ISO might
object to some of them, but I am trying to be realistic given we only have
two meetings a year at which to do ballot responses.
