[dsdl-discuss] Fw: Bibliographic entry [1] in 19757-3

Seems that there is some problem with the "permanent URI" we tried to set up
for Part 3, Schematron.

Did we actually set this one up on the PURL site? Do we need to renew
anything to continue to make it permanant?
