I agree that what we currently have is not ready for ballot. What I have
concern with is placing something on the Adenda for which there is no
documentation at all. Yes we will discuss Part 11, under Any Other Business,
but I am not happy with adding an agenda item for something which has no
document that can be reviewed meaningfully by national bodies.
