To make this more useful to recipients, I wonder, Makoto, if you
could please create a ZIP that has this ".doc" and the ".rnc", ".xsl"
and ".css" files referenced as standalone entities in the one ZIP.

I will then post the ZIP as the discussion document.

Had you considered using the WG1 XSL-FO stylesheets (found in
http://www.jtc1sc34.org/work/index.html on the committee website)
instead of the proprietary Word format to produce the text of the document?

Note also in that ZIP on the committee website that the WG3
derivative of the XSL-FO stylesheets is also available to be used.

I am hoping that the features found in both the WG1 and WG3
derivatives of James Clark's original RNC and XSL work will be
top-of-mind when you are developing this amendment. I think it is
important that all three working groups not lose any functionality in
their existing abilities to produce standards documents.
