Ken,
G.> To make this more useful to recipients, I wonder, Makoto, if you
G.> could please create a ZIP that has this ".doc" and the ".rnc", ".xsl"
G.> and ".css" files referenced as standalone entities in the one ZIP.
I will do so tonite.
G.> Had you considered using the WG1 XSL-FO stylesheets (found in
G.> http://www.jtc1sc34.org/work/index.html on the committee website)
G.> instead of the proprietary Word format to produce the text of the document?
This is an amendment. Amendments are hard, since instructions for
revision are included. I am afraid that amendments are outside
the scope right now.
G.> I am hoping that the features found in both the WG1 and WG3
G.> derivatives of James Clark's original RNC and XSL work will be
G.> top-of-mind when you are developing this amendment. I think it is
G.> important that all three working groups not lose any functionality in
G.> their existing abilities to produce standards documents.
I certainly agree. At present, the draft still has not achieved the
goal yet. Even if somebody creates such a revision before the Seoul
meeting, will it be too late to discuss that in Seoul? I do not think
that such a revision can be made in one or two weeks. It will probably
take more than a month.
Cheers,
