I would prefer an annex, but please not ISO DTTL. Apart from the misspelling
of the acronym there is no context in Part 3 for Part 5. Spell it out:
"Using the ISO 19757 Datatype Language Library with Schematron" (Note my
deliberate dropping of ISO in front of Schematron: why should Part 5 only be
used in conjunction with ISO versions of Schematron?)
As to the function name why not dtll:check-datatype(node(s), type) ?
