I do not quite understand how to write errata (editing instructions) for
amendments, which are already editing instructions.

The amendment says that five entries should be added. However, the
fourth and fifth ones already exist in the original Part 2 (before
the amendment). In other words, the amendment added unnecessary
entries. So, we have to remove them.
