I did think of this, but then decided that I wanted to stress the DSRLness
of these elements. The examples in the Annex, however, should be converted
to use the default namespace to encourage the use of this option. But only
after I've got the XSL sorted out as I need to be able to clearly
differentiate when I am referring to DSRL components in the XSL!
