Does
any = element * { attribute * { text }* & any* & text }
actually allow for the situation where you have mixed text (e.g. some text
with an emphasized phrase within it?
I suspect that this model only allows for well-formed XML, with a wrapper
element. This will not meet the generic case for entity definition.
