Attached is the text for the FCD for DSRL. Can you please assign it a SC34
document number. This will be the document to be reviewed in Montreal on 6th
August.

Incidentally, we are hoping to be able to have Skype or Gizmo sessions
during the meetings to discuss Part 9, etc. I know the hotel has Internet
facilities, but do you know if these will be available from the room we will
be meeting in?

Any comments that anyone wants to make before then will be appreciated, but
if they are made after 23rd July I will be unable to respond to them before
August 6th.
