[dsdl-discuss] DSDL Part 9 - specifying IRIs in RNC

I am editing a new draft of DSDL Part 9 in accordance with the Disposition
of Comments on the first CD and the output of the last WG1 meeting.

One requirement is to specify IRIs instead of URIs. Can anyone assist me
with a suitable way of specifying an IRI datatype in an RNC schema? In the
previous draft I had "xsd:anyURI". Should I simply use "xsd:string" and
specify the constraint on this informally in the text? If so, can someone
suggest a suitable piece of text?
