Thanks for getting the new draft of Part 9 out in time for a ballot. Noted a
few oversights in latest version when I read it last night:
1) In clause 4 pio and pic are not listed as terms that are defined in W3C
XML
2) In the definition of datatype-binding declaration in clause 4 there are
unnecessary parentheses around datatype-literal
3) The role of the pi literal in the syntax attribute for
external-declarations-subset-locator has not been explained/illustrated. It
might be better if the example given in A.1 used the pi literal, with a
second example being given in A.2 showing the use of the xml literal. Better
still would be some normative text being added to clause 5 or clause 8.
4) In clause 5 you use the word "may" when I believe you mean "must".
Ideally there should be an example of their use in both positions.
5) Throughout clause 8 you use the phrase "by including a XXX in the DTD".
As the only thing that needs to be included in the DTD is actually the
external-declarations-subset-locator I doubt the veracity of this statement.
