Last versions

XML should point to the fourth edition instead of third
XML Information Set should point to the second edition
Namespaces in XML should point to the second edition
XML Schema Primer should point to the second edition

The XSLT reference is never used in the document, neither Infoset Reference

Here are some typos :
In 3.3
   *S*et of rules....one or more Schemas*.*
In 5 DSRL maps
   The targetNamespace attribute is *required* ....

   schema-location = attribute *schemaLocation* {xsd:anyURI}
NOTA : Or may be it is the alternate choice to replace all by
'targetSchemaLocation'

In 6.1
   The dsrl:element-map element is used to record transliterations
that apply to element names and to *their* associated attributes.

In 6.3
   default-value= element dsrl:default-value {force-default?, text *}*

   The after attribute of the *dsrl:default-content* element records

In 6.5
   The processing instruction name to be mapped is recorded as the
content of a dsrl:from element. No two *dsrl:map-pi-target* ...

In 7
   <![CDATA[the W3C Extensible Markup Language (<acronym>XML</acronym>)*]]>*

In A.2
   schema-location = attribute *schemaLocation* {xsd:anyURI}

   XInclude namespace is declared but never used

In Bibliography, if XSLT 1 is removed from Reference, should be put
here, together with XPath 2 .

Some other small optional remarks
* It could be good to mention that the XSLT 2 stylesheet output an
XSLT 1 stylesheet which transforms an XML document to an *INDENTED*
XML document.
* To mention moreover that this XSLT 2.0 stylesheet could not work
because it use the deprecated "namespace::" axis
