[dsdl-discuss] Agenda for Oslo

Need to get a draft Agenda for the Oslo meeting agreed and to Ken by the end
of the year, which means before Christmas as I will be on my travels after
that for about a month. Please review the attached draft and let me know if
there is anything else you need adding to it.

Ken: Do we have a meeting location, or times for plenary meetings yet?
