We do not.

In the past to accommodate travel we have held WG meetings the first
morning, then the plenary the first afternoon. This also gives WGs
the chance to converse before the plenary to prepare for anything at
the plenary.

But this meeting is so short, only three days, that I'm thinking we
should have the plenary first thing.

Any opinions? Has having the first morning for WG meetings helped in the past?
