Not sure why ... there is nothing on the SC34 agenda related to the
Ecma specification ... that is all happening at the JTC 1 level. I
think we (SC34) won't see it until at least the autumn.

If national bodies have questions about the Ecma submission, no-one
at the SC34 meeting will be in a position to respond
authoritatively. It isn't (yet) an SC34 issue.

We do have a number of new P-members (another one this week after my
correspondence went out!). It will be interesting to see if they show up.

Okay, then, we'll have the plenary meeting first thing on the morning
of March 22nd ... say 09:00. Closing plenary March 24 14:00. If
there are no complaints about this, I'll add it to correspondence.
