[dsdl-discuss] Yet another comment on Schematron

Why isn't "Namespaces in XML" listed as a normative
reference?

By the way, I have finished preparing a JIS text
for Schematron. If technical corrigenda can be
prepared in the next meeting, I will incorporate
them.
