In what ways are these two specifications synchronous?

I understand ODF utilizes RELAX-NG, but this does
not require synchronizing their refinements
unless, perhaps, ODF might need some
as-yet-unimplemented feature of RELAX-NG (though
I cannot recall any unimplemented features of RELAX-NG that are pending).
