Like ODF RELAX-NG is formally maintained by OASIS. In practice, as the OASIS
TC chair is also an SC34/WG1 member, and the convenor of SC34/WG1 is an
observing member of the TC, there is, in practice, a joint committee for its
maintenance.

They are not. But each is to be maintained in two organizations, OASIS
and ISO for ODF, and W3C and ISO for RELAX NG, and they should then each be
maintained by a common group.

For the SC34 part it could be a rapporteur group for each of the
projects, having co-located meetings with the corresponding W3C
or OASIS group.
