maintenance will be handled either by JTC 1 or by

I've been told that there is a formal agreement
between JTC 1 and OASIS for the maintenance of
26300 to be done by OASIS (though I haven't seen
the paperwork myself), which I gather is done
according to OASIS membership rules.
I've already been corresponding with Patrick
regarding clarification of formal lines of
communication between SC34 and OASIS regarding
26300, but as I understand, the agreements
between JTC 1 and OASIS have long been in place in this regard.
