I agree that it will be good to know exact rules.
OTOH, the question is rather academic as OASIS RELAX NG TC has 6 voting
members and at least 3 from those people are also members of WG1
(Makoto-san, Ken and me). So it is very unlikely that defect report will
be ignored by OASIS.
