I disagree. The directives are clear and the direction we have been
given by the JTC 1 Secretariat is clear.
It would help to have the issues you have found summarized and
submitted through the OASIS submission process to give the OASIS
committee the opportunity to fix them as soon as possible.
I do not see justification to debate this further with the JTC 1
Secretariat since her directions are quite unambiguous.
