Dear DSDLers

Please find attached an update for the normative text for DSRL. I believe that, apart from the informative Annex B, this draft for the FDIS contains all of the changes suggested during last week's Oslo meeting. I would be grateful if those of you at the meeting could look carefully at the changes to clauses 4 and 6, and the revised RELAX NG schema in Annex A, and confrim that the changes that have been made conform with what you were expecting. Thanks.
