On page 12
The compact syntax

There is a line which is in error

attribute-map = element dsrl:attribute-map {(name |
attribute-name-map), values-map?, default-values-map = element
dsrl:values-map {name-map+}
]]
It should be
[[
attribute-map = element dsrl:attribute-map {(name |
attribute-name-map), values-map?, default-value? }
values-map = element dsrl:values-map {name-map+}
]]

I would also reconsider my proposal to wrap (element-map |
attribute-map | map-pi-target )+ into a map-group element so we can
see if it could be useful
