Dear DSDLers

Please find attached a revision of Part 1 that takes into account the change of name and purpose for Part 6, and contains minor revisions to the first and last paras of the description of Part 10 to indicate that the pipelining techniques employed will be those in the W3C XProc standard. (I haven't referenced this as yet as I want to see the draft report before committing myself this.
