[dsdl-discuss] Update to dsdl-8.pdf

Dear DSDLers

In making the changes mentioned in my earlier message to Makoto I became aware that DOM Level 3 has replaced Level 2. This does not have significant changes re the references to it re entity mapping, but does mean I need to change the referenced documents (which I had in fact failed to add to the Bibliography on the last page). The revision herewith contains a revised 1st para for Annex B on p15 and the additional reference on p40.
