In Oslo, I was hoping that an upcoming draft addresses all my concerns.
Although I am happy to report that some of the concerns area addressed,
I am afraid that I see other issues. For example, I have just learned
that DSDL is limited to those XML parsers which emit DOM level 2 or 3,
perserve entity references, and provide replacement text for all entities.
I would suggest another FCD rather than a FDIS, which runs the risk
of unconditional no votes.
