I don't know.

14652 is not cancelled. SC22 made a decision to propose that it should
be cancelled, and that a similar standard could be made in SC35.
But this has not been done yet.

15897 does not have a similar history. 15897 is not proposed to be
cancelled, but rather it is under revision in SC35.
