Hi Martin,
and thank you for your draft. I'm not sure if I understand how the
following disposition is reflected in text of DSRL:
"Not Accepted: Though it is accepted that the optionality of the
functions needs to be further stressed. The text currently clearly
states "The optional dsrl:define-entity element". Text needs to be added
to clause 4 to reinforce this statement and the equivalent one relating
to dsrl:entity-name-map in section 6.7. If the optional feature is not
supported then no entity declarations. Make it clearer that you need
this to create the definitions needed in the result document."
My understanding is that section "8 Conformance" says that "... they
must also support the optional dsrl:define-entity methodology..." which
effectively makes entity definitions mandatory and not optional feature.
