Because there are other standards thriving we should go with them (and in
particular, the IANA codes are more webby and XML-ish), and only add 15897
if there is a specific request and *real* use-case.

"Because IS15907 is on the ISO books" or "Because then someone might use
IS15907" are not use cases, but lack-of-use cases!
