I agree that identity constraint checking is a part
of validation. But I do not think that it is a part
of RELAX NG validation. A XProc sheet might
invoke identity constraint checking as well as
NVDL-based dispatching, which may in turn invoke
RELAX NG validation, XSD validation, and Schematron
validation.
